Hoarder Cleanup & Organizing

We specialize in cleaning out and organizing hoarder and cluttered homes and offices. We can work with the individual homeowner, renter, family, doctors, social services, attorneys, courts, guardians, and landlords, to get the home straightened out.

We write up a clean-up plan with the people involved and give an estimate of the cost and time it will take to complete the job. We do not just come in and start throwing things away. We have a systematic approach and plan to retrieve, sort through, box, and catalog items of value and get rid of unwanted belongings.

We can charge by the job or on an hourly basis, depending on your exact circumstances. We do have a sliding fee scale for seniors on a fixed income.

In most cases, it is not the person who calls us

From all the years I have been in this, in most cases it is never the person that created the hoarding that calls and retains our services. It is either the loved one, or some outside intervention like a caseworker or family member.

Keep in mind this is their history, and it will be hard for them to let go of something. In some cases it could be everything. That is how the accumulation started, by just holding on to everything that comes your way, and before you know it you overrun your home with a lot of stuff.

Someone says house hoarding. In my twenty years of experience, I wouldn’t call it that. They just got overwhelmed over the years.

What we handle

Our services range from minor Level 1, cleaning clutter, sorting and packaging, through to major Level 4: disaster and blood-borne pathogen clean up and elimination, toxic spills, meth lab and drug house remediation, natural or unnatural decontamination clean up protocols, animal and human waste, and insect infestation.

We are not an extermination company, we are an extreme cleaning company that leaves no stones unturned. We’re not in the bed bug business, but we can get rid of them for you with a deep-down detailed cleaning.

What is Disposophobia?
